LegionCpuPower 0.3.3
Fan control for the Legion 5 15IAX10 and a gentler heat guard.
- Fans: auto, full speed, low and a custom ten-level curve through Lenovo's own WMI methods. On this EC they only work in Lenovo's Custom power mode, so the plugin switches to it (AC only) and back. It waits two minutes after boot before any mode change, because a change during the NVIDIA driver's display bring-up left it without acceleration.
- LegionFan: menu bar app and a boot-time LaunchDaemon that applies the saved mode before login.
- Heat guard steps the power limit down from measured package power (10 W per minute at 100 C or more, floor 45 W) and back up;
debug.legioncpu.guard=0turns it off.
Tested on a Legion 5 15IAX10, macOS 26.7.1 (25G241): full speed 5500-5700 rpm (firmware curve 3300-4300 rpm), GPU acceleration intact. These are the exact binaries that ran (LegionCpuPower UUID 1EF16A02). The app is ad-hoc signed; the install script lives in legionfan/.

LegionCpuPower 0.2.0
First public release. Both fixes on at boot (MCHBAR power limit from MSR 0x610, per-core HWP requests), heat guard that steps back to the firmware limit at 100 C and up again below 85 C. Includes LegionCpuProbe 1.1.0.
Tested on a Legion 5 15IAX10 (Core Ultra 9 275HX), macOS 26.7.1 (25G241), OpenCore 1.0.8, Lilu 1.7.2: 24 threads +57 %, 1 thread +33-37 %. These are the exact binaries that ran in that test (UUIDs 8186CE48 power, FF5AAA4C probe); CI attaches its own build as a second zip.
