Only needed to add 31013 into info.plist

Thanks for checking. 15.8.1 on a Latitude 5421 is a combination I hadn't seen, and ready with all three sections sent is what a good load looks like. MtkBtFuncCtrlStatus 65535 is the same value the Legion gets, so that's normal for this firmware.

I added the Latitude to the tested list in the README (dade970). If anything stops working after a reboot or a wake, post here.
