Thunderbolt / USB4 controller not found by macOS #2

system_profiler SPThunderboltDataType says "No hardware was found". The TRP0 bridge and the second xHCI controller (TXHC, 8086:7ec0) are in the PCI tree, but no Thunderbolt/USB4 driver attaches and no device is ever listed on TXHC.
Not tested further: no USB-C or Thunderbolt devices were available for the feature test. Needs a USB-C drive, hub and a DP alt-mode monitor to see what works on the USB-C ports.
